Just had the most amazing weekend with my little fam. The weather slowly warmed up all week and by Friday and Saturday it was absolutely beautiful! We decided to take full advantage of the weather and spent a lot of time outside. For any who aren't familiar with our life story right now, we are in Dallas and my husband is a little over a year shy of finishing Chiropractic school. He is in a very intense phase of school and along with that is taking extra classes on some weekends to further his skills. I am so proud of him for how hard he works but it can be a little rough sometimes when he is gone all week on campus and then in classes all weekend. So it was an especially wonderful blessing to have beautiful weather for the first free weekend he has had since school started up again. It was so wonderful to be together with our adorable little boy and just run around and have fun. We are so blessed and I'm grateful for the tender mercies our Heavenly Father sends our way!
So for school Orie had to carry his spine around for a day...we named him Ben T. Spine, Benny or short. He ended up coming to the park with us :)

ReplyDeleteFor one of Orie's classes they had to carry their spine around for 24 hours and then write about their "experiences" while doing it. The day he carried it around we decided to go to the park...so Benny had to come with :) And yes-we did get some strange looks but it made for a funny paper that Orie wrote about it. Lol.
